Nicolas is experienced in project funding, and has been an avid blockchain user for a number of years, his experience in both these sectors lead to the vision for MAIV: Democratizing access to high-yield, secure investment vehicles, providing a win-win for investors and developers alike. Nicolas has personally overseen the delivery of over $300m of successful projects, whilst the team at MAIV have collectively delivered on over $10bn of deals.

MSc in Management & Corporate Governance. 8 years+ with PwC’s Tech advisory business leading large scale tech transformations in government & health sectors, delivering over $400m in project revenues. Founded & operates multiple start-ups across hospitality, construction & development sectors.

John is an Irish finance professional with 45 years experience in various roles and organisations at Director level in Funding and Lending, Commercial Real Estate Asset acquisition, management and Business Advisory. In the past 15 years , John has been actively involved in the management of Commercial Property portfolios and assets with a combined value of €1Bn. Prior to that in a 30 year career with AIB Bank & Anglo Irish Bank, Corporate and Commercial Banking roles, John originated, managed and held senior credit approval positions on combined risk assets of in excess of €5Bn. MBA educated, with a Chartered Governance qualification.

Jonathan is an accomplished real estate and blockchain entrepreneur. Very well networked staying connected with industry leaders like Nexus PMG and Holt Lunsford Commercial. Since entering the crypto space in 2020, Johnathan has held key roles such as Head of Investor Relations at MAD Metaverse, Senior Consultant at VeraViews, and co-founder of the web3 marketing agency Rome3.

Simon has run campaigns for high-profile clients such as top-10 crypto exchange Gate.io, the U.S. government’s leading blockchain supplier SIMBA Chain, crypto-friendly neo-bank EQIBank, as well as dozens of popular Web3 projects from asset-backed tokens to decentralized oracles. Beyond the crypto realm, Simon and his team have also worked with multi-billion-dollar enterprises such as Citibank, Primerica, Gobi Cashmere, and Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, as well as (unicorn) tech startups like Bellabeat, Bussr, Infobip, and LuxuryProperty.com.

Finn, known better by the community as “Zeus” has been in the Web3 space for five years, working with several protocols as an advisor and community manager. Over the years, he has built a strong network and deep knowledge of the space, which will play a key role in driving MAIV’s growth.
